By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The service
Masit provides credit-based access to SEO research and analysis tools. Features, credit costs, and data availability may change as we improve the platform.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may affect access.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@masit.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
5. Credits and billing
- Credits are prepaid units used to access platform tools at published rates.
- Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Whop).
- Purchased credits are added to your account balance after successful payment confirmation.
- Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold except where we explicitly permit agency workflows.
- Refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits, or access controls.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell raw platform data without permission.
- Upload malware or interfere with infrastructure or other users.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Masit.
7. Intellectual property
Masit, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Masit or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.
SEO data outputs are provided for your use subject to third-party provider terms and applicable law.
8. Third-party services
The platform integrates third-party payment, email, analytics, and data providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.
9. Disclaimer
SEO data and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or commercial outcomes. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) £100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Provisions that should survive termination (including payment obligations, liability limits, and IP) will continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
