Senior Paid Media Strategist

GrowthLondon / Remote£55,000 – £75,000

Own paid acquisition strategy for a portfolio of 6–10 brands across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You'll be accountable for ROAS targets, creative testing velocity, and channel expansion.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years running performance campaigns at an agency or in-house
  • Managed £500K+ monthly ad spend independently
  • Comfortable with attribution modelling beyond platform-reported ROAS
  • Experience briefing and evaluating creative from a performance lens

Growth Data Analyst

Build the data models and dashboards that power our clients' attribution stack. You'll work directly with our engineering team and growth strategists to turn raw ad data into actionable insight.

What we're looking for

  • Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with dbt a bonus
  • Familiarity with marketing data (GA4, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify)
  • Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or similar)

Creative Strategist

Turn performance data into creative briefs that brief to win. You'll analyse what's working across our portfolio, identify hooks and formats to test, and work with our clients' creative teams and freelancers.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in performance creative, social, or brand strategy
  • Able to analyse creative metrics (thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR) and translate to briefs
  • Experience with UGC, static, and video formats across Meta and TikTok
  • Strong written communication — briefs need to be clear and inspiring

Senior Software Engineer — Platform

Build and scale the data pipelines and product features that power our attribution engine. You'll work on a modern TypeScript + Python stack, handling high-volume event data from connected ad platforms.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
  • Production experience with TypeScript/Node and Python
  • Comfortable with streaming data systems (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
  • Interest in or experience with marketing data is a strong plus

SEO & Content Lead

Lead organic strategy for a portfolio of e-commerce and SaaS clients. You'll own technical SEO audits, content strategy, and link acquisition — and track it all back to revenue, not rankings.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in SEO, with hands-on experience in both technical and content-led work
  • Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and GA4
  • Comfortable with content briefing, editing, and quality control
  • Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously
